He is actually complimenting Dick head Manziel.
I’m glad our CFL players are chiming in. Showing confidence, calling that tool out. No fear.
Manziel is not about the CFL he is about himself.
That is not hard to see.

In reply to Roman. Basic goal setting theory calls for goals to be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time bound. - S,M.A.R.T. While his positivity may do him well motivationally, he is totally off regarding the attainable element. He needs to rethink his contract demands in the context of his past performance and the CFL context. As they stand they are any too high and- therefore not attainable.

Everyone is confusing positive verbal goal setting statements with braggadocio. He is probably listening to motivation tapes by the likes of Tony Robbins who all say the same thing. Imagine your future and make a verbal statement and tell it to everyone. The purpose is to focus you and let everyone know what you want so they can help. So I will start. “I will get a job somewhere this year for the going rate for top people in my field some of whom have not had much success”. Most decent people would say “what a great goal. My uncle owns a company let me call him for you. Think about all the hateful statement s on this board. He is merely setting high goals something Tony Robbins says to do.

Now sober he is saying he will write for a paper again this year somewhere in North America and selling copies of his award winning college book on street corners in Santa Monica. That is a more accurate analogy.
