Tuesday’s free agent frenzy began with a bang and ended with a whisper.
In an unusual year with less money to spend, most teams did their shopping internally by re-upping key pieces ahead of the deadline. That didn’t stop a number of high profile signings from breaking right at noon, with the Saskatchewan Roughriders leading the way with five key additions.
From there, news kept trickling in throughout the day and when all was said and done, every team made at least one important addition.
