The Ottawa Redblacks have re-signed one of their key contributors from the 2019 season according to a report from Ottawa Sun reporter Tim Baines.

Defensive back Randall Evans will be back with the team in 2021, hoping to pick up right where he left off after breaking out in his third CFL season.

Evans moved all over Ottawa’s defensive backfield in 2019, suiting up for 17 games and recording 56 defensive tackles while adding 12 on special teams. The six-foot, 195-pound defender was a rare bright spot in a dismal Redblacks campaign.
