The Edmonton Eskimos have added some Canadian depth at receiver.

Jimmy Ralph signed with the team on Thursday, almost a week after he was released by the Toronto Argonauts. Ralph is a native of Raymond, Alberta and is a former member of the University of Alberta Golden Bears.

Ralph went unselected in the 2017 CFL draft but made Toronto’s roster as a rookie, appearing in 16 games. He set a number of new career-highs in 2019, including: games played, 18; targets, 50; receptions, 38; and receiving yards, 366.
