Running back and return specialist Chris Rainey has signed a one-year contract with the B.C. Lions.

The 31-year-old spent last season with the Toronto Argonauts, appearing in 16 games and finishing second in the CFL in punt return yardage.
Rainey spent four seasons in B.C. (2015-2018) during which he was twice named a West Division all-star and scored six return touchdowns.
