Power concern delays Riders-Esks game; play later resumes

Saturday’s game between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Edmonton Eskimos featured a delay.

A “power concern” at Commonwealth Stadium during halftime pushed back the start of the third quarter. The lights were turned off with approximately ten minutes added to the break.

The clubs have returned to the sidelines for the second half with the Roughriders on offence.

Edmonton leads Saskatchewan 17-7 early in the third quarter.
