McCray spent the 2014 and 2015 seasons in the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers. He spent 2016 out of football following a failed physical. Carolina inked the cover man for training camp in 2017, but he was released following an injury. Buffalo signed McCray and he ended the season with the Bills.

Even though McCray happens to be new to the CFL, there is no football league where it’s acceptable to throw a punch without discipline. Commissioner Randy Ambrosie has levied punishment in the form of cold, hard cash.
