Five-time divisional all-star Ted Laurent left Saturday’s game in Ottawa with an injury to his leg just before halftime. Laurent returned to the sidelines in street clothes and will not return to the contest.
The 31-year-old has 12 tackle and three sacks in nine games this season. Now in his sixth season in Hamilton, Laurent is widely considered one of the CFL’s best national players.
Brett Wade, a second-year man out of Calgary, will help the Ticats close out the game.
