B.C. Lions general manager Ed Hervey has started to make changes after his club fell to 1-6 and are on a bye week.
The Lions acquired American offensive lineman Justin Renfrow along with a fifth round pick in the 2020 CFL draft from the Calgary Stampeders for a conditional fourth round pick in the same year as well as a player from the Lions’ negotiation list.
Renfrow has appeared in seven games over the past three seasons with Calgary. He was with the Arizona Cardinals for training camp in 2014. The six-foot-four, 315-pounder also had NFL stints with Green Bay, Seattle, San Francisco and Buffalo before making his CFL debut with the Stampeders on July 4th, 2017 in Montreal.
