Ticats ratio-breaking tackle Chris Van Zeyl returns from injury against Bombers

Canadian offensive tackle Chris Van Zeyl returns to the Ticats lineup for Hamilton’s matchup with the Bombers in Week 7.

Van Zeyl started at right tackle in the black and gold’s opening four games of the season. He missed Hamilton’s Week 5 win over Calgary with a lower-body injury.

He had been slated to be one of the highest paid offensive linemen in the league. Van Zeyl was earning in the $230,000 range per season on the three-year contract extension he signed with the Argos in January of 2017.
