As Davis went out of bounds during the fourth quarter against Saskatchewan in Week 2, Henry stands firm and knocks him down.
Henry was assessed a 15-yard penalty for roughness. The foul improved Ottawa’s drive which resulted in a field goal to give the Redblacks a two touchdown advantage at the time. Davis was able to stay in the game.
There is a history for Henry being disciplined by the league, back in 2015 he was fined for leading with the crown of his helmet on then-Winnipeg quarterback Dan LeFevour. That makes the hit on Davis and subsequent fine the second infraction on his record.
