Henry was assessed a 15-yard penalty for roughness. The foul improved Ottawa’s drive which resulted in a field goal to give the Redblacks a two touchdown advantage at the time. Davis was able to stay in the game.
There is a history for Henry being disciplined by the league, back in 2015 he was fined for leading with the crown of his helmet on then-Winnipeg quarterback Dan LeFevour.
After CFL commissioner Randy Ambrosie handed down a two-game suspension to Ticats linebacker Simoni Lawrence for a hit that was “dangerous and reckless“, it’s possible the commish will levy punishment on Henry.
