The Canadian Football League is bringing 18 players from five different countries to the national combine in Toronto.
Players from Germany, Finland, France, Denmark and Italy will work out with the Canadian players who received invites to the showcase event for draft-eligible prospects from March 22-24 as the CFL further implements its 2.0 strategy. The European players and affiliated organizations will pay for their own flights, but the league is set to cover the hotel rooms and food.
