Saskatchewan Roughriders head coach Chris Jones refused to name a starting quarterback for Sunday’s West semi-final against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
“We’re preparing both quarterbacks to play,” Jones repeated several times when he met with media on Saturday.
Zach Collaros is listed as the starter on the depth chart the team released earlier in the day but there has been speculating surrounding Collaros’s health all week.
Riders QB @ZCollaros7 says he knows if he is starting, but won’t say. Asked how we feels, said “I feel fine.” Asked if he can say he will be in uniform Sunday, Collaros said “I can’t say anything.” #CFL #Riders

He was hurt in the Riders’ regular season finale on Oct. 27 against B.C. after taking a hit late in the first quarter from Odell Willis.
Collaros passed concussion test protocol and practised all week, though back up Brandon Bridge took a significant number of reps.
Saskatchewan was without Collaros for four games earlier this season after he suffered a concussion in Week 2.
The Riders are hosting Winnipeg in a playoff game for the first time since 1975.
The winner of Sunday’s game will play the Calgary Stampeders in the West final next Sunday.
