Elimimian suffered a non-fracture wrist injury in the Leos Week 5 win against Winnipeg. He had surgery to repair a dislocation and some nerve damage according to 3DownNation’s Lowell Ullrich.
The 31-year-old made 26 tackles in four games this season and has been a consistently excellent performer during his nine-year career. It seems possible the two-time Most Outstanding Defensive Player could play in the Lions East Divison Semifinal against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
