Chris Williams ran right by Carter for a long catch and run major.

In the third quarter, Williams blew by Carter for a 47-yard gain as Jeff Mathews delivered the ball which brought the speedster to 130 receiving yards against Carter.
Jones on Duron: "Too many big plays, too many penalties." Says he'll still keep 89 on D, but: "Weve got some technique work to do."
