Eskimos re-sign Canadian fullback Alexandre Dupuis

Edmonton has repatriated national fullback Alexandre Dupuis.

Dupuis signed with the Eskimos as a free agent in February 2017 and inked a new deal Tuesday. He played in 16 games making three grabs for 30 yards and adding four special teams tackles.

The 28-year-old was picked by the Argos in the fourth round, 36th overall of the 2014 CFL draft. Dupuis spent the first three seasons of his CFL career in Toronto where he played in 50 games recording 20 catches for 213 yards, 10 special teams tackles, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
