Rob Cote trends on Twitter after retirement, former teammates react

Rob Cote was known for being a standout teammate.

That was proven by the outpouring after he announced his retirement from the Canadian Football League. Cote played 11 seasons for his hometown Stampeders and he was trending in Calgary once the news came out.

Nik Lewis, the CFL’s all-time receptions leader, and others explained what Cote meant to the teams he was on.
