Alouettes confirm that assistant GM Catherine Raiche is leaving team to pursue other options

The Montreal Alouettes announced on Tuesday that assistant general manager Catherine Raîche will leave the organization to pursue other opportunities.

The Alouettes granted Catherine permission to explore other opportunities on Dec 11th. She left for personal reasons.

Raîche joined the Alouettes in December 2015 as the Coordinator of Football Administration. She was named Assistant General Manager in January 2017 and was overseeing the day-to-day activities of football operations.

“On behalf of the Montreal Alouettes, I thank Catherine for all her hard work since joining our team,” said Alouettes General Manager Kavis Reed. “Her dedication and expertise will be missed in our organization and we wish her all the best in her future projects.”

“I was very proud to work for the Montreal Alouettes and I will keep great memories of members of the organization as well as the players,” said Raîche. “It’s never easy to make this kind of decision and I consider myself lucky to have had this opportunity with the club. I am very grateful to the Wetenhall family, Kavis Reed and the entire organization.”
