Toronto has put veteran standout Canadian offensive lineman Chris Van Zeyl on the six-game injured list.
The 33-year-old has played 13 games for the Argos, but missed Toronto’s Week 15 win over Hamilton with a foot injury, American Brandon Washington started in Van Zeyl’s place as the double blue switched around the ratio by playing two Canadian receivers.
He’s been a stalwart at tackle for the Argonauts. Van Zeyl has been named a CFL East Division all-star three times and CFL all-start once in 2013.
