Namaan Roosevelt absent from Riders practice

Riders receiver Namaan Roosevelt took a big hit on Sunday and he’s not at practice Tuesday.

Stampeders rookie Canadian defensive back Tunde Adeleke was penalized for unnecessary roughness on the play, which sparked a debate on Twitter.

Roosevelt has played in all 12 Riders games this season racking up a team-leading 929 yards and seven touchdowns on 64 receptions.
