Ken Miller has joined the Montreal Alouettes as an offensive consultant.
Miller was the head coach and vice president of football operations for the Saskatchewan Roughriders between 2008 and 2010 where he led his team to two Grey Cup appearances in 2009 and 2010, working closely with quarterback Darian Durant. Joining the Alouettes reunites Miller and Durant.
In August 2011, Miller returned as the head coach of the Riders. He was the club’s offensive coordinator under head coach Kent Austin when Saskatchewan captured the 95th Grey Cup in 2007.
He had previously served on the coaching staff of the Toronto Argonauts as a quarterback, offensive line and defensive line coach from 2002-2006.
Miller had been out of football since 2011.
