Alouettes bring back speedy receiver after NFL training camp

Trevor, formerly known as T.J., Graham is set to rejoin the Montreal Alouettes, per sources.

The 28-year-old was in training camp with the Als in the spring then signed a deal with Carolina, but he was released by the Panthers among the final cuts.

Graham was a third-round pick in the 2012 NFL draft. He played in 47 games with the Bills, Titans, Jets and Saints making 61 receptions for 794 yards and four touchdowns.

The North Carolina State University product possesses speed, his personal bests in the 100- and 200-metre track events are 10.21- and 20.79-seconds respectively. Montreal’s offence could use an infusion of vertical stretch play-making ability which could help the Alouettes offence take off.

In two pre-season games with Montreal, Graham caught four balls for 49 yards.
