All-star linebacker Bear Woods has signed with the Argos
In short order, the 30-year-old was released by Alouettes general manager Kavis Reed last Monday morning, flew to Toronto that night and signed just over a week later.
Last year Woods notched a career-high 126 tackles, five sacks, three forced fumbles and two interceptions in 18 games, playing at a high level. He’s suited up in 40 career CFL games, registering 232 tackles, 12 sacks, six forced fumbles and three interceptions.
