The Ticats have re-signed receiver Terrence Toliver to a contract extension, according to the receiver himself.
Toliver tweeted out picture of him signing his new deal just after 9 p.m. on Friday night.

In his second season with the Ticats, Toliver finished second on the team (and 12th in the CFL) with 1,036 receiving yards to go along with 65 catches. His nine touchdowns were tops on the team and ninth in the league.
By re-signing Toliver, vice-president of football operations Kent Austin locks up his top pending free agent and continues the team’s trend of prioritizing their own players when doling out contracts. The team has extended quarterback Zach Collaros, linebacker Simoni Lawrence, receivers Luke Tasker and Brandon Banks as well as defensive tackle Ted Laurent and defensive back Courtney Stephen in the past two seasons alone.
