Henry Burris: “A lot of things point to me not playing.”

2016 Grey Cup champion and game MVP Henry Burris indicated to the Ottawa Sun’s Tim Baines that he’s leaning toward retirement.

Burris, the 41-year-old quarterback, completed 35 of 46 passes for 461 yards and three touchdowns, adding two more on the ground, to upset Calgary in the CFL title game.

First reported on 3DownNation, Burris is currently set to make less than Trevor Harris for the 2017 season.
