The B.C. Lions have signed former NFL defensive back Tyler Coyle.

The six-foot-one, 215-pound native of Windsor, Conn. signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2021 and played three games with the team, recording eight tackles.

The 25-year-old signed with the Houston Gamblers of the USFL in 2023 but became a free agent when the team folded amid the XFL-USFL merger. He was in training camp with the Green Bay Packers and Cleveland Browns in 2024 but was released before the start of the regular season.
