Alouettes fear receiver S.J. Green has torn ACL

Star Montreal receiver S.J. Green could be lost for the season.

The 31-year-old came down awkwardly while attempting to make a catch midway through the second quarter of the Als’ 28-13 loss against Ottawa Thursday night. He left the game and did not return.

Green is scheduled to undergo an MRI today and sources say there’s concern he may have torn the MCL and ACL in his right knee.
