The Toronto Argonauts have extended Canadian linebacker Brian Harelimana.

The 27-year-old joined the Argos after being released by the Saskatchewan Roughriders following the regular season. He dressed for the team’s loss in the Eastern Final but did not record any statistics.

Harelimana started the season with the Montreal Alouettes but was released after playing in the club’s season-opening win over Ottawa. He signed with the Riders on June 21 and dressed for 12 games with the team, recording four defensive tackles and four special teams tackles.
