The Canada West has unveiled its schedule for the 2023 season, with action scheduled to kick off on September 1.
A season-opening triple-header will feature the University of Calgary Dinos hosting the University of Alberta Golden Bears, the University of Manitoba Bisons visiting the University of Saskatchewan Huskies, and the UBC Thunderbirds at the University of Regina Rams. The final week of the regular season
All six teams will play each other at least once over the course of the nine-week regular season, with three repeat match-ups and one bye week for Thanksgiving. The regular season schedule ends with another triple-header on October 28, with the Huskies visiting the Rams, T-Birds at Golden Bears, and Dinos hosting the Bisons.
The top four teams will advance to the CW semi-finals on November 4th, battling for a shot at the 86th Hardy Cup on November 11, 2023. Exact dates and times for playoff matchups will be determined once hosting duties are determined.
Fans can watch every game on Canada West TV and will be able to buy passes beginning in August when 2023-24 packages go on sale to the public. The full schedule can be viewed below.
