The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have signed American defensive back Karon Delince for the 2023 season.

The five-foot-nine, 160-pound cornerback played five seasons at East Tennessee State, rising to prominence in his sophomore season. Delince appeared in 52 games during his tenure with the Buccaneers, making 170 tackles, 26 pass breakups, and two interceptions. He was named to the Phil Steele Magazine Preseason Second Team All-SoCon in 2019.

A dual-sport athlete in track and field during some of his time in college, Delince competed in sprints and the long jump. He was named the Southern Conference Male Freshman of the Year for both indoor and outdoor events in 2018.
