B.C. Lions’ receiver Jevon Cottoy worked out for the Denver Broncos on Tuesday, according to reporter Aaron Wilson.
The 26-year-old started 18 games at slotback this past season and recorded 50 receptions for 551 yards and three touchdowns, all of which tied or set new career-highs.
The six-foot-five, 230-pound target joined the Lions in 2019 after being selected as a territorial exemption the previous year as a member of the CJFL’s Langley Rams. He made 38 catches for 386 yards and one touchdown over 16 games as a rookie and 39 receptions for 519 yards and three touchdowns in 2021.
