The Toronto Argonauts have signed American receiver Jamari Hester.
The six-foot-six, 205-pound target played four seasons at Jacksonville State University (2016-2019) and recorded 161 receptions for 2,399 yards and 22 touchdowns over 48 games. His best season came as a senior when he caught 59 passes for 1,002 yards and five touchdowns.
The Florida native worked out for the Miami Dolphins in 2020.
The 24-year-old played at Miami Central High School and was considered a two-star recruit by Rivals.com as a tight end. He ended up switching to wide receiver as he found he was unable to put on weight.
