We know the Saskatchewan Roughriders will be hosting the West Semi-Final next weekend at Mosaic Stadium. We also know one fan who won’t be in attendance.

A (fully clothed) 24-year-old man from Tisdale, Saskatchewan ran onto the field duirng Saskatchewan’s Week 15 win over Edmonton.

Police say he went from the South Endzone, across the field, all the way to the North Endzone. He made it to the concourse where he was arrested.

Now, Cole Chowen has been charged with mischief under $5,000 and was released with conditions not to attend Mosaic Stadium. He is due to make his first appearance in Regina Provincial Court on Dec. 29.

The Riders lead the CFL in attendance this season with over 28,000 fans per game going through the turnstiles at Mosaic Stadium, so finding someone to take his ticket for a playoff game shouldn’t be too hard to find.

Saskatchewan is hosting a playoff game for the third season in a row, their longest streak since they hosted four in a row from 2007-10, ending a nearly 20 year stretch between playoff games at then Taylor Field.

Saskatchewan will host Calgary in the West Semi-Final on Nov. 28th at Mosaic Stadium.
