The Hamilton Tiger-Cats appear to be getting a whole lot healthier.

The club released its depth chart on Friday morning in advance of their upcoming game against the Montreal Alouettes. Jeremiah Masoli is listed as the starting quarterback, while Bralon Addison and Brandon Banks are expected to be back in the receiving corps.

Masoli has been out since suffering a rib injury against the Saskatchewan Roughriders in Week 2. He took 90 percent of the reps in practice on Thursday and is hoping not to have any setbacks with his ribs come game-time.

During nearly seven quarters of football in 2021, Masoli has completed 62 percent of his passes for 377 yards with one touchdown and four interceptions. He was forced to deal with constant pressure in his face due to a new-look offensive line, but the unit up front has improved as the season has gone along.

Banks, the league’s reigning Most Outstanding Player, caught 18 passes for 157 yards in four games this season but missed the last three games due to a rib injury.

Addison has yet to dress for a game this season due to a leg injury. The 27-year-old playmaker was named a CFL all-star in 2019 after recording 95 receptions for 1,236 yards and seven touchdowns.

The Ticats are currently averaging a league-worst 194.7 passing yards per game, though it’s safe to expect that number to improve following the return of Masoli, Banks, and Addison.

Montreal visits Hamilton on Saturday, Oct. 2 with kickoff slated for 4:00 p.m. ET.
