The Ottawa Redblacks have signed Canadian receiver Michael Klukas and national fullback Mitch Raper.

Klukas recently ran a 4.36 laser-timed forty-yard dash, which shows elite speed. The Calgary native played for his hometown Stampeders in 2019, making 16 receptions for 169 yards and three carries for 29 yards. He will look to make an impact in a receiving corps that recently lost Brad Sinopoli to retirement.

Raper was an eighth-round selection of the Edmonton Elks in the 2020 CFL Draft but was recently released by the team. The six-foot-one, 231-pound fullback recorded six carries for 27 yards and twelve receptions for 189 yards and one touchdown as a member of the Carleton Ravens.
