Veteran Canadian offensive lineman Dan Clark practised as Sulley from Monsters Inc. who is known from the movie as a good-natured, hardworking and confident character who loved what he does. Those traits would fit Clark well, so it lines up that he wore that costume.

Defensive back’s Jovon Johnson and Crezdon Butler had costumes on too.
Who wore it best?
1) @DanClark67 as "Sully" from Monsters, Inc.
2) @Mr_Consistent_2 as Superman.
3) @butlerboy28 as "The Flash"⚡️ pic.twitter.com/O9WemY6VMs

Johnson was “Superman” on defence in the CFL when he won Most Outstanding Defensive Player in 2011. Butler as “The Flash” is appropriate because he’s burst onto the scene in his first CFL season.
