Lewis caught pass No. 1,030 to pass B.C. Lions great Geroy Simon for the honour. The 35-year-old had 10 catches for 88 yards in Montreal’s overtime loss to Winnipeg in Week 10.
Across the country, reaction poured in, starting with the man who Lewis passed to set the new mark.
