Bring ’em out: Roughriders open Mosaic Stadium for fans to attend training camp practices

The Saskatchewan Roughriders are welcoming fans back into Mosaic Stadium to watch training camp practices.

Entrance will be granted through elevator lobby one on the southwest side of the stadium, closer to the railway tracks — it’s a different entrance than past seasons.

Fans will need to sign in at the entrance before entering Mosaic Stadium and they will be required to sit in the west side stands in sections 114-116. The Riders ask spectators to please be respectful that some fans may wish to continue to social distance from others — masks are optional.

Washrooms are available for public use on the west concourse, but water fountains are not currently functioning. You’ll need to bring your own water, especially on hot days.

In order to keep a safe distance from the players and adhere to the Canadian Football League’s COVID-19 protocols, fans will not be permitted to sit in the first five rows closest to the field.

At this time, the Riders ask that fans keep interactions with players and coaches to friendly waves from afar. Under current guidelines, they will not be able to accommodate autograph requests while no cameras or recording devices are permitted.

Attendance will be capped at 500 fans.
