Video: Duron Carter on signing with the Argos

Former Saskatchewan Roughriders receiver Duron Carter met with the media on Monday, one day after officially signing with the Toronto Argonauts.

Argos general manager Jim Popp was the man who initiated the talks to bring Carter to Toronto.
