The Toronto Argonauts’ potential 2026 free agents list

The Toronto Argonauts are the first CFL team to pack their bags for the offseason, as they will be on a bye for the final week of the 2025 regular season and have already been eliminated from playoff contention.

A 5-13 record represented a significant step back for the defending Grey Cup champions, as they’ll fail to play football in November for the first time in the Ryan Dinwiddie era. This season featured a parade of injuries and setbacks, as franchise quarterback Chad Kelly didn’t take a single snap and the team struggled to protect backup Nick Arbuckle.

Unlike most teams that suffer early elimination, the Argos should have the benefit of continuity, with Dinwiddie and general manager Pinball Clemons slated to return. They will have serious questions to address over the next few months, beginning with which of their pending free agents are worth bringing back.

Here is the full list of 23 players whose contracts will expire in February. Please note that “N” denotes nationals (ie. Canadians), “A” denotes Americans, and “G” denotes Globals.
