The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have released receiver Ravi Alston from the practice roster.

The six-foot-three, 203-pound native of Lake Elsinore, Calif. joined the team midway through the 2023 season and made one late-season start, though he didn’t record any statistics. He was released partway through training camp this year but was added to the practice roster in late June.

The 25-year-old made 27 catches for 398 yards and one touchdown at Montana State University in 2022, finishing as the team’s second-leading receiver. He previously played at St. John’s University.
