The Edmonton Elks have signed veteran CFL receiver Tevin Jones following a season-ending injury to Kyran Moore.

The six-foot-two, 225-pound target caught 65 passes for 882 yards and three touchdowns as a member of the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2023. He initially joined the team in 2021 but was released before training camp to sign with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The 31-year-old signed with the Montreal Alouettes as a free agent in February but was released at the end of training camp as rookie receiver Charleston Rambo won the starting job vacated by Austin Mack’s departure for the NFL.
