After going unselected in the 2020 NFL Draft, Henderson signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars and spent time on their practice roster. He joined the Minnesota Vikings for training camp in 2021 but was waived, ultimately signing north of the border.

The Riders are slated to begin their 2024 regular season on Saturday, June 8 at 7:00 p.m. ET when they visit the Edmonton Elks.
