The Toronto Argonauts have signed Carlton Agudosi following his release from the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
The 29-year-old joined the Blue Bombers in 2021 and made his regular season debut the following year, recording six receptions for 70 yards and two touchdowns before suffering a season-ending injury. He returned to the club in 2023 and started the first three games of the year, making nine catches for 120 yards. He was relegated to the practice roster when Kenny Lawler returned from suspension and released last week.
The six-foot-six, 217-pound target signed with the Arizona Cardinals after going unselected in the 2017 NFL Draft and spent a year there before signing with Philadelphia Eagles in 2019. He also spent time with the St. Louis BattleHawks of the XFL in 2020.
