The Ottawa Redblacks have re-signed Canadian offensive lineman Hunter Steward through the 2023 CFL season, the club announced on Wednesday.

The 31-year-old signed with the Redblacks this past season following a seven-year run with the B.C. Lions. The Calgary, Alta. native started 17 games at left guard as part of an offensive line that allowed 34 sacks, ranking third in the league.

The six-foot-six, 315-pound blocker played collegiately with the Liberty University Flames and was a first-round pick in the 2013 CFL Draft. He has dressed for a total of 107 career CFL games.
