The Edmonton Elks have signed three players, including American defensive back Denzel Washington, American running back Trayone Gray, and Canadian kicker Gregory Hutchins.

Washington transferred to Arkansas Tech University following stints at Southern Mississippi and Tyler Junior College. He recorded 37 total tackles, one interception, 10 pass deflections, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in 21 career games for the Wonder Boys.

Gray was a member of the Elks last off-season, though he was released in May 2022. He recorded 60 carries for 294 yards and five touchdowns over four seasons with the University of Miami before stints with the Cleveland Browns and Toronto Argonauts.
