Saskatchewan Roughriders re-sign Canadian defensive back Jordan Beaulieu

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have re-signed Canadian defensive back Jordan Beaulieu for the 2023 season.

The five-foot-eleven, 198-pound defender played 10 games with the Riders this past season after signing with the club in July, recording four defensive tackles and six special teams tackles.

The Montreal native was a third-round pick of the Edmonton Elks in the 2018 CFL Draft and spent two seasons with the team. He made two defensive tackles and 10 special teams tackles over 30 games with the team before moving on to the Ottawa Redblacks in 2021.

Beaulieu played 24 games over four years with the Western Mustangs and recorded 48 tackles, five tackles for loss, two sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, two interceptions, five pass breakups, and one blocked kick.
