Toronto Argonauts sign former Washington State receiver Travell Harris

The Toronto Argonauts have signed former Washington State receiver Travell Harris.

The five-foot-nine, 185-pound target played 43 games with the Cougars and caught 179 passes for 1,999 yards and 17 touchdowns. He also carried the ball eight times for 66 yards and three touchdowns.

Harris returned 86 kickoffs for 2,063 yards and one touchdown and 21 punt returns for 158 yards. He led the Pac-12 in kickoff return yardage in 2018 and 2019.

The native of Tampa, Fla. was named All-Pac 12 honourable mention in 2018 and 2020 and second-team All-Pac 12 in 2021.

Harris signed with the Cleveland Browns after going unselected in the 2022 NFL Draft but was waived by the team in min-August.
