In a slow week for supplemental discipline, the Canadian Football League has levied just a single fine following Week 16 of the 2022 season.

Hamilton Tiger-Cats’ running back Wes Hills was issued the solitary fine for an illegal block on Montreal Alouettes’ defensive lineman Nick Usher. As per league policy, the amount of the fine was not disclosed.

Hills committed the infraction during the best game of his young CFL career. The second-year ball carrier from Delaware recorded 61 yards and a touchdown on 10 rushing attempts, chipping in with two receptions for 19 yards.
